BEST PET may withdraw, at any time, any offer or change the indicated price until the existence of the agreement with the customer.
BEST PET cannot be held liable for any typographical errors.

3 - Deliveries and Shipping Fees

3.2. BEST PET respects the deadlines of an order as long as there is stock availability.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, BEST PET will contact the customer by email or by telephone within 15 days from the order date, BEST PET will make its best efforts with the aim of delivering the products and/or services on the scheduled date, but cannot be held responsible in case of delay for any reason.

6 - Purchase Resolution
6.1. The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to freely resolve the purchase agreement entered into with BEST PET .

The return of the products, as well as the delivery of their replacements or the issuance of a credit note or cash reimbursement, will be carried out on a date to be agreed. You must always return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Each registered customer will choose a Username (e-mail) that is unique, personal and non-transferable. The password is chosen by the customer at the time of registration and must be kept secret.

The Payment Methods available for collection guarantee you payment on delivery and, at the same time, a maximum level of security, whether made in cash or check.

Any agreements and documents to which these conditions of sale apply are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes arising from any agreements or documents to which these conditions of sale apply will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
